I believe that therapy is a process that everyone should try at some point in their life and that you and I both should play our own part in a collaborative process. Sometimes the changes that occur in the course of our relationship may feel uncomfortable. It requires many years of developing a way of thinking, feeling, and behaving and will require some time to change those patterns. With time, patience, and hard work, these changes in self-image, insight, and behavior will become more routine and you will begin to see the tremendous benefits. Based on your individual needs, we will develop a unique plan that involves different methods of therapy. I am comfortable with individuals from many different cultures and backgrounds and consider my own personal strengths to be accepting, genuine, and respectful.
