Compassionate Counseling for All
I hope to create a caring and non-judgmental environment where others can work toward the life that they want. Listening and seeking to understand are at the core of my practice. I know that it can be hard to discuss painful topics, so I strive to make space for difficult conversations. My commitment to research-based counseling techniques helps to provide a framework as we decide how best to work toward your goals. I am inspired by those who are strong enough to seek support from others and would be honored to be a part of your journey.
I am an Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate at New Leaf Counseling with a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Oklahoma City University. During my clinical internship at A Chance to Change I worked with adult and adolescent clients who sought counseling for a broad range of reasons. Over the course of my 24-year-long professional career prior to becoming a therapist, my experiences at corporate and non-profit organizations have allowed me to develop a unique perspective when working with people in all stages of their lives.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to justice for all people.
